Really good service! The room was tidy, well-maintained, and the amenities were good! The entertainment system was better than most of the places I’ve stayed in Dhaka. Staff were really professional. Great food! In total, worth the price!

酒店外面的灰塵很重，蚊子也多。入住的時候，我們就跟前台説希望可以安排高樓層曾經的房間，誰知道我們最後被安排在三樓，正好五樓碰到孟加拉當地人結婚，一晚上在房間又唱又跳，跟蹦迪一樣的，酒店隔音效果也不好，所以我們基本沒辦法睡。酒店的前台服務員也很無奈，協調那個房間很多次也沒結果。好在第二天酒店的經理很誠懇，他還補償了晚餐，兩個星的評價都是給經理的。 When we checked in, we told the reception that we hoped to have a room on the higher and quiet floor. However, we were eventually arranged on the third floor. Coincidentally, on the fifth floor, we met a Bangladeshi local who was getting married. They spent the night singing and dancing in the room, so thatwe could hardly sleep. The hotel staffs was also helpless, coordinating with that room many times without any results. Fortunately, the hotel manager was very sincere the next day and even compensated with dinner. The two stars rating was given to the manager.

This hotel is great. It’s a little hard to find because the sign for the hotel is not obvious but everything including the buffet breakfast is really nice. The restaurant will try and force you to buy an expensive specialty water by bringing it to your table without asking. Make sure to ask the price of any water before you open it! After the first time it happened, I told them not to do it again and they honored my demand. I would return here in the future.

Highly overpriced compared to the average structure and facilities. Deluxe room is small and not with the city view as mentioned in the website. Old hotel unlike shown in the advertisements. Cost $60, actually shouldn’t have been more than $45.
